Interior tile

The concrete strip is broken out along affected foundation wall. It is not always necessary to remove framed wall to preform repairs, but it was for the project displayed here.

This wall was leaking through honeycombing along bottom of the wall. We recommend that any mold be removed prior to the repair.

Our team laid weeping tile along the footing. Foundation wrap can be installed up the wall behind the framed wall and can lay across weeping tile to prevent excessive moisture migration upwards.

Washed rock is used to cover the weeping tile.

Concrete is poured back covering the rock and wrap. The water will now travel into the weeping tile and away from your basement.
