Most wall repairs are due to lack of drainage (weeping tile) and changing soil conditions. Abalon has the ability to repair your foundation wall. We can fix concrete, earth formed, insulated concrete forms (ICF), preserved wood forms (PWF), block, and brick walls. In this project, we repaired a concrete wall. This house did not have weeping tile. Our work is guaranteed.

Step 1

We place plywood on the ground to protect landscaping. All excavation is done by hand. The soil is dug out in 1 foot layers. Sometimes there is no room and all material needs to be wheeled away.

Step 2

Shoring is used when excavation exceeds 1.2 meters or if soil conditions require it. It is not unusual to have gas, electrical or other services running along walls.
