In 2008, I had a contractor replace the concrete basement floor of my aging house. His work failed to accommodate the work I requested and was substandard to say the least. There was no doubt that the "job" required redoing. Fortunately, an acquaintance suggested that I contact Abalon.
Abalon attended very promptly and inspected the previous contractors work. They listened to my problem, discussed options and made recommendations for the removal of the floor and replacement of same. They suggested some additional work that should be completed to ensure a floor that would meet my requirements well into the future. They equally promptly provided an affordable estimate.
Abalon was extremely professional, instilled confidence and completed the work within the time frames specified. They met all of my expectations and more. It was clear that they cared. Moreover, it was not only a quality job well done but was of great value for the cost.
